Year 2016 is coming to an end soon so I think it's time to make some Nintendo predictions for 2017.



Zelda Breath Of The Wild (Wii U) Cancelled

Nintendo unable to fix the frame rate issue of the upcoming Wii U Zelda game, they decide to cancel it so they can focus their efforts on the Switch version of the game. This will also add further delay to the game so they can add a few more things that were canned earlier do to the limits of the Wii U making Zelda Breath Of The Wild a holiday 2017 release.


Metroid 5 Announced As A Sidescroller

Nintendo will decide that they will go old school for the next installment of the Metroid series and do a 2.5D sidescrolling Metroid game. The game will use 3D models in a sidescrolling environment and be set after the events of Metroid Fusion making it the last game in the timeline. However fans will complain when Nintendo announces that you would be playing as Samus Aran's child instead of Samus herself, but on the plus side you can choose between male or female.


Nintendo Switch Backwards Compatible To 3DS

Nintendo will announce that your 3DS games will be playable on the Switch and upscale as well, but will lose the 3D visuals.


Crunchyroll Website Brings You Nintendo Anime

Nintendo and Crunchroll will team up to bring you subbed versions of the Pokemon Sun and Moon anime as well as the old Mario Anime thats never been released outside of Japan before.

PewDiePie Did It He Deleted His Channel After Getting 50,000,000 Subs

Pewdiepie said that when he hits 50,000,000 subscribers he would delete his channel, and he kept his promise. Check out his video of the Pewd's deleting his channel.


Whether the reason Pewdiepie deleted his channel is for the lols, or because Youtube wanting to be an ass... It's actually in the video why he did this. What will the internet become now that PewDie Pie has deleted his channel that I'm not even subscribed too.

My Thoughts On The Classic NES Mini

Nintendo has recently released a new mini console called the NES Mini that has 30 classic built in Nintendo games. The thing goes for about $60 Dollars in the USA and has been selling out faster than Sonic the Hedgehog can run.

Now I have to say I have not tried it. I do know a few things about it, and seen and read a few reviews, but this isn't a review, it's my thoughts.

I do actually like the NES Mini especially since the games look great on it. The games are better than they look on the virtual console, Nintendo really went that extra bit to make sure the games look and played just like the good old days.

However, one thing keeps me from going out to buy one.

The NES Mini does not allow the use of external cartridges, so you can't play your own NES game. Other than that the NES Mini is perfect in every way, I would still keep one if it was given to me as a gift and I would love it, but for me. I just don't need to buy one.

Paper Mario Color Splash (Halfway through) Review

So I'm about halfway through the newest game in the Paper Mario series Color Splash and I was thinking it was time to give my opinion of the game.

Paper Mario Color Splash is the follow up of the controversial title Paper Mario Sticker Star and although I don't dislike the game it's also not a game I would recommend. The story in the previous version was not that great but in Color Splash a much better story is told, in a kind of mini stories throughout a bigger one.

Levels are a not so simple get to the goal but will sometimes have puzzles and backtracking to get what you need to get through. Some stages can't even be beaten until later in the game.

Paper Mario Color Splash is a major improvement to it's predecessor, and so far I'm greatly enjoying the adventure.

ZELDA BREATH OF THE WILD has been delayed for locolization

Recently it's been said that the new Zelda game Breath of the Wild has been delayed for localization. It's to be expected, the more text a game has the longer it will take to translate it into English, even longer when the game has vocals (Which this game seems to have a small amount of). So it's no real surprise.

The real thing is if it gets delayed to much, Nintendo probably won't even bother releasing a Wii U version of the game and I'm thinking this might happen.

Will The Nintendo Switch (Nintendo NX) Sell? My Thoughts

Not long ago Nintendo finally took the lid of the Nintendo NX, now known as the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo has also recently stated the expect to ship 2 million units in March (The same month it's expect to be release).

But what of my thoughts? Will Nintendo be able to sell that many units? Will the Nintendo Switch be successful?

With so many developers supporting the Nintendo Switch, first signs are good, even with the device most likely being around the capabilities of the PS4 and Xbox One. The reason I think is because the device is also a portable, which means people out and about will be able to glance over and see what people are playing. This is a very reliable source of advertising for games that the developers won't have to pay for. This encourages developers to want to make more games for the system and in turn more games for gamers to play.

The portable aspect is a major point of the Nintendo Switch as Nintendo is pretty big in the portable gaming market and has been since the launch of the Gameboy in 1989, although they now compete with mobile games.

Well I could just keep rambling on but the point is that I do believe the Nintendo Switch will sell really well.

Mimikyu, a new Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon is a little underdog that just wants to be loved, and since Pikachu is so loved it wears a disguise made from an old Pikachu doll.

How To Catch An Ash Greninja In The Pokemon Video Game Series

If you want to get an Ash-Greninja you will need a Greninja with the Pokemon ability "Battle Bond". This is currently only possible in the special Pokemon Sun and Moon Demo which once the full game comes out you'll be able to transfer this special Pokemon to your Pokemon Sun or Pokemon Moon video game. Their is a man in the Pokemon Center who will transfer Greninja.

To get this Greninja to transform into Ash Greninja you must fist knock out an opponent's Pokemon with Geninja and that will activate it's ability to transform into Ash-Greninja.

Pokemon Sun and Moon Special Demo (Live Stream)

So Nintendo will be releasing the Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon special demo later today and I decided I will do a live stream of the game demo.

 I also recommend others to play the demo as you will be able to transfer a special Greninja with the ability "Battle Bond" to your copy of Sun or Moon. This ability allows Greninja to become the mysterious Ash-Greninja.

Dragon Ball Super Error Found - Future Mai Too Young

I spotted another error in the anime Dragon Ball Super, starting in episode 47 we see a grown up Mai in future Trunk's time. In Dragon Ball Super she along with Pilof and Shu used the Dragon Ball and got turned into kids, the problem is that in the future timeline the Dragon Balls have lost their power, so the three would of never been able to get them to turn themselves younger.

Well this is interesting, I recently came across a rumor that says that Nvidia the makers of some of the best gaming graphics cards may be working with Nintendo on the NX. I also heard recently that Nvidia is also releasing some new GTX 1070 & GTX 1080 graphics cards soon. Although I doubt these would be used in the upcoming Nintendo console. Although a downgraded version of these could be possible.

Should Nintendo NX Have Multiple Versions Or An Expansion? Nintendo NX HD & 4K

Recently I've been thinking that maybe the NX should have multiple versions for the market or even a expansion? One Idea I had was that the portable version be able to attach to the home console version to up the power of the device and allow perfect 4K at home, but I have to soot that one down as designing games for that to work would be more work then most companies would like to do, so it's down to multiple versions.

Nintendo has recently revealed their plans for the upcoming big event for video games, E3. But many are shocked that the only game they have decided to show would be the Legend Of Zelda Wii U.

Now this isn't an article saying it's a lie but instead a game of devils advocate. We all know reasons why Nintendo should do a showcase at E3 but here a reasons they should not;
- Sharing the media with competitors

Since it's currently believed that Nintendo will launch the NX sometime in the first few months of 2017 Nintendo wouldn't be able to reveal everything for then at the following E3 due to it being after the supposed launch.

The answer is simple, have their own Digital Nintendo Direct after the hype for their competitors die down so they don't have to share the media.

I wanted to actually play this when it first came out but with a limited run in the US and outragous prices online, I was unable to get a hold of a copy. Now that it's been released on the Wii U Nintendo Eshop I've finally been able to get a hold of it.

My prior knowledge of the game is pretty low to the point where I can say that this is definitely a blind playthrough, I have no real knowledge of what will happen other than Shulk can see the future and other things I know from Super Smash Bros 4.

Live Action Pokemon Movie - Gaming Thoughts

Recent rumors have popped up recently of Nintendo wanting to make a live action Pokemon movie and apparently 3 companies are making bids to get this project. So I'm going to give you my thoughts on this.

I for one am not a big movie goer, I actually prefer televised episodic series cause those can go much more into the story because they are not as limited in how long they can be. I also prefer animated series over live action as well.

As for the story I have no idea what they could do other than something like Pokemon Origins as getting a whole Pokemon adventure into one movie would be difficult do to the length, but perhaps if they instead did something similar to the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series and just brought someone to a world of Pokemon to save it.

Even though the movie is to be live action the Pokemon would still have to be animated in some way, they will probably look close to what they looked like in Pokken Tournament. If this is the case I guess it would be okay but I just don't really think this movie really needs to be made. I might re think this once I get more information on this but for now I'm not that interested.

Youtuber Darian recently beat the world record speed run of Super Mario Bros. by only a fraction of a second. The run used some glitches that I didn't know about but then again I don't usually keep up with these runs.

My Zelda Wii U Map Analysis

I know people have already done map analysis of the Zelda Wii U map ages ago but I wanted to give you guys my own which I actually did months ago and just forgot about.



While doing my analysis I noticed that the map is similar to that of the Ocarina Of Time and Twilight Princess maps as well as some others.

Zora's Domain

 This place is not only the home of the Zora's but also the source of most of Hyrule's water. I've seen some people put it on Snow Peak or up by Death Mountain, but in both OOT and TP Zora's Domain was at neither of these locations and actually between the 2 mountains as you actually go quite away from those mountains in those video games.

 I also took notice in the Other Zelda games that the rivers from Zora's Domain actually go underground at some points and that the entire river cannot be seen from above. You see this in Twilight Princess and not so much in Ocarina of Time but Zora's Domain was underground.

Death Mountain

This place has always been to the northeast areas of the games  and more east in OOT and TP (Wii version was mirrored). We can even see some lava rivers and even Death Mountain Crater on the map.

Kokiri Forest / Faron Province

This my come up as a shock but while I was analyzing the map and comparing it to the other game, I realized that Kokiri Forest and Faron Province are in the exact same location (although it's more like a theory). I think maybe after the Deku Tree died in OOT the Hylians went to help out the Kokiri's since they didn't have a guardian, although this could of ended up preventing the Deku Tree Sprout from growing and the Kokiri's being wiped out be Twilight Princess. It's not like Humans of are world haven't made that mistake before.

The second game featuring the Angry Video Game Nerd is finally out and I've started lets playing the game. Follow along as I see what this new installment has in store for us. The new game features a new level select similar to Super Mario Land 2, I'm referring to this game instead of Super Mario Brothers 3 because in SML2 you could choose to go to any world unlike SMB3 where you had to go through the worlds one by one.

5 Things To Add To Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon

  For the past few generations I've felt that the Pokemon games have been a little stale and just a repeat of what's already established. I've been wanting something to make it more interesting to pull me back into the series like I used to be. Well here are 5 Things To Add To Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.

If Pokemon Could Have 3 Types - Part 1 - Changing The Meta Game

I'm sure most of us have thought what it would be like if Pokemon could have up to 3 types instead of maxing out at 2. Some Pokemon could definitely benefit from it, but would it break the meta game? The answer is yes, but is that a bad thing?

What Changes Would Have To Happen To Get This In?

Right now type advantages is currently set to double the damage for each type the attack type is effective against and halved for ineffective types. Using an attack that is also the same type as the Pokemon using it also gets it doubled in power. Because of this the max damage can be at most 8x the original amount. If you add a third type to it the max damage would be 16x the amount and that is definitely a problem.

To get Pokemon with three types into the game we would have to change this. Here is what I suggest.

Pokemon the same type as attack - 2x
Pokemon type weak against attack - 2x
second type advantage gets an additional - 1.5x
Third type advantage gets an additional - 1.5x
- Together this makes 9x the damage
- This also bring down the normal effective against two types down to a x6

After that if the Pokemon has a resistance then the damage - 0.5x
Then for an additional resistance the damage is then cut an additional - 0.5x
If all the Pokemon types are resistant to the attack type then the Pokemon is completely unaffected by the attack.
- I decided it would be fair to give immunity to Pokemon that had three types over the attacking type.

So mostly the resistance didn't change much except for the possible immunity.

The Good , Bad, And Worst Things In Sonic Boom Rise Of Lyric

You may have noticed I have been playing a lot of Sonic Boom Rise Of Lyric on my Youtube Channel. Even though I say it's a bad game, when I think about it, how bad is it? Could it actually be good? I tend to be easily influenced by the opinion of others, but how is the game to me?

Zelda Theory Majora's Mask In The Other Timelines

It has been some time since the official Nintendo The Legend Of Zelda timeline has been revealed, but the timeline doesn't reveal everything. It tells you when in the timeline the games take place but not the events between them. In this theory I'm gonna reveal how Ganon was released by Majora's Mask in the adult timeline which caused the world to be flooded.

The game is finally ready for the April 22 launch datem I can't wait to soar through the Lylat system once again in this new action flyer. The game also features a new co-op 2-player mode where one player fly's the Arwing and the other mounts the guns.

Top 5 Predictions For Nintendo Direct March 3rd

So Nintendo has announced another Nintendo Direct for March 3rd 2016, only 6 days after the Pokemon Direct. The Pokemon Direct was so short and only revealed that the next generation of Pokemon games were coming later this year it makes me wonder why they weren't just added to this Direct?

From what I hear about the upcoming Direct it will focus on games that will be coming out for Wii U and 3DS, so with that in mind here is a list of predictions for the Direct.

Talented Zelda Fan Remakes THE LEGEND OF ZELDA A LINK TO THE PAST In Unreal Engine 4

One thing I like to see is the fan works of the lovers of different series, and today I got to see what The Legend Of Zelda A Link To The Past would look like if it was remade using Unreal Engine 4.


The atmosphere at the beginning of this Zelda classic was so memorable that it brought me back to the old days where I played the original in from of the old style televisions. Thank you so much for making this CryZENx.

Pokemon Direct Predictions For Febuary 26

 Nintendo announced today that a Pokémon Direct broadcast will air at 4pm CET/7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET, Friday 26^th (3pm for viewers in the UK) containing the latest on Pokémon games.

To tune in, check out Twitch or the Nintendo Direct website at 16:00 CET on 26th February (15:00 UK time), where the broadcast will be streamed.

I also hear that it will be a short 5 minute direct so I don't think it will be the next generation Pokemon games and with the Pokemon anime being in the XY&Z arc I'm pretty sure that's the case.

So here is a quick prediction list for the Pokemon Direct;

The modpack I used is my own original modpack and the selection of mod contain a lot of stuff for adventure. With all of this the modpack became very Hexxit like but with my own twist and runs on Minecraft version 1.7.10. It took me several days and many a hours to go through all the mods I could find and select the ones I'll use and check compatibility to make this modpack. I have no plans on releasing the modpack as I am pretty lazy and socially awkward and asking for permission to put them in a modpack for release would be quite tiring for me. What I can do is put down a list of the mods installed below thanks to a mod called "mod lister" for quickly getting me the list of mods in here.

A new video game console needs a few great titles at launch in order to start off well, so here are a few titles I would like to see on release day.

Super Mario Galaxy 3

The Super Mario Galaxy games have been some of the best platform games on the Wii, and I would like to see the games make a comeback with a third installment to the series.

 

 

 

 

Bayonetta 3

With Bayonetta having to highly scored games under it's belt and having won the Smash Ballot, it would only be natural for PlatinumGamesor or any developer to make another game in the series. This reminds me that I still have to finish playing the other two entries on my Youtube channel.

Zelda Wii U

Yes the upcoming Wii U Zelda game should pull a Twilight Princess and be released for the Nintendo NX as well. With the release being so close to the launch of the NX I think it would be a great idea that would bring more people to the next console while letting others transfer when they are ready.
